ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION

The Digital Copyright Center (DDC) is a science and technology organization operating in the autonomous principle and not for profit. DDC aims at promoting collective strength of the members of Vietnam Digital Communications Association, strengthening capacity of research organization and technology transfer services in the digital copyright field in conformity with development of the fourth industrial revolution; expanding domestic and foreign cooperation and fulfilling the assigned tasks and performing the partner service contracts. FUNCTIONS- DUTIES

OPERATIONAL FIELDS

Research, consult, transfer and apply science and technology to exploitation and protection of digital content copyright, digital communications and digital technology in Vietnam.

Conduct scientific and technological services, apply information technology and communications, carry out consultancy, technology transfer and copyright distribution, participate in training courses, international cooperation and organize seminars and conferences on digital content copyright, digital communications and digital technology.

FUNCTIONS

Gather scientists in relevant fields to research, consult, transfer and apply science and technology to exploitation and protection of digital content copyright, digital communications and digital technology, contributing to Vietnam’s socio-economic development in the era of revolution 4.0.

DUTIES

Design strategy for developing, researching, transferring and applying science – technology and IT.

Guide for implementing programs and plans on applied science and technology and digital communications Develop plans, formulate projects, provide consultancy services and support for copyright protection and digital content development.

Organize training, international cooperation and communication events and provide science and technology services related to exploitation and protection of copyright, development of digital content and digital communications.

Provide consultancy services of projects and apply science and technology to protection of digital copyright based on needs of the enterprises, agencies and organizations.
